FirstGig can import your whole customer list from a Google Sheet. Start with our free Excel template — fill it in, upload it to Google Sheets, share the link, and paste it into the app. The template includes a How-To tab that walks you through every step.

1. Fill It In
One row per customer: name, address, what you charge, how often, and their status — from Active to Try Again.
2. Upload to Google Sheets
In Google Sheets: File > Import > Upload. Then Share it with "Anyone with the link" (Viewer is fine).
3. Paste Into FirstGig
The app pulls your customers straight in — and can re-sync from your sheet whenever it changes.
